The pool is a lovely spot to unwind, and the staff were genuinely kind and attentive making my stay more pleasant.

The rooms on the ground floor are a bit gloomy and could use more light for comfort during the day.

The rooms were super clean and cozy. The air conditioning was a lifesaver. Just a minute walk to local eateries—perfect for grabbing food. Only bummer was the noise from other guests at times, but overall, great stay!

The room was comfortable, cooled by effective air conditioning, making for a relaxing retreat after long days. However, the noise from other guests occasionally disrupted the tranquility, and some areas felt a bit dated. Also, the breakfast didn’t quite meet expectations compared to the surrounding dining options, and the limited seating near the pool was a minor inconvenience.

what a shame, i almost considered giving a good review, but the noise from other guests was unbearable at night, absolutely ruinous, and the bed felt as hard as a rock. The lack of attention to detail really showed. where's my welcome gift for enduring this calamity? a disgrace to class, really.

The sound insulation needs a serious upgrade!!! It felt like I was sharing a room with my neighbors. Also, the room I got was a bit cramped, barely fitting my luggage. A bit too noisy at night to relax properly!!!

We stayed at a cozy Superior Room and really enjoyed the relaxed vibe by the clean pool. Plus, the short drive to the beach made it great for our family outings, especially with a toddler in tow. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

My kids wished for better soundproofing from the street noise.

i really enjoyed my stay at pavilion hotel kuta. the bathrooms were an outstanding touch, making each shower feel like bathing in nature while still being luxurious. the location is super convenient, only a short drive from the airport and near the beach. the staff were genuinely lovely and super helpful, which made everything even better!
